The CCBF is Renewed for Another 10 Years!

Today, the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO), along with Canada, Ontario, and the City of Toronto, announced agreement on a 10-year renewal of the Canada Community-Building Fund. 

Through the negotiations AMO worked to ensure that the renewed agreement builds on the success of the Fund in providing predictable funding - without the need for application - to be invested in priority infrastructure projects within 18 eligible categories. The Fund will remain largely the same, flowing crucial infrastructure dollars to municipal governments, and supporting the growth and vitality of communities across Ontario.
