Head, Clara and Maria Adds New Playground

An updated park and playground will serve as a much-needed rest stop in the United Townships of Head, Clara and Maria. 

Brand new playground equipment is being installed at LaCroix Park, a much-loved municipal park in the community of Deux-Rivieres, Ontario. 

This park is used by residents and visitors alike. It serves as the perfect place to stop and take a break for families travelling along Highway 17, since there are large distances between towns and available gas stations and rest areas when travelling north. 

Staff at Head, Clara and Maria estimate that thousands of people stop and stretch their legs at the park every year. The new equipment provides a refresh of the space, and with final landscaping touches coming in July, it will be ready for visitors very soon.
