Warwick Township extends road into Industrial Park

Warwick Township recently finished the extension of Industrial Drive, a road which runs through an industrial park. This extension allows further development in the park, and involved expanding water, sewer, and stormwater services.

In 2009, Warwick Township purchased a nearly 40-acre lot, with the goal of subdividing the property and selling the land to businesses, creating an industrial park. The township initially had difficulty finding interested buyers, but interest in the park recently spiked. As of April 2024, there were only 7.7 acres remaining. Warwick Township is currently in the process of finding a buyer for the remaining space.

The establishment of this industrial park, and the extension of Industrial Drive, is necessitated by the commercial and industrial development taking place in Warwick.
